2. Exchanges

• You may request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability) within the same 7-day window.

• If the desired item is not available, we will offer an alternative .

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items marked as “Sale.”

• Personal care or intimate items.

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Items that have been washed or dry cleaned.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Please provide supporting images or video for quick resolution.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
